USEPA requires initial and annual training for hazardous waste personnel of a hazardous waste large quantity generator at 40 CFR 262.17(a)(7).
Though not required, both the small quantity generator and very small quantity generator will benefit from an awareness of the applicable USEPA and State regulations.
USDOT requires initial and triennial training for HazMat Employees at 49 CFR 172.704(a).
A certificate of training and other recordkeeping documentation is provided.
