  realizes that these key roles should not be siloe
 d.  An experienced hazmat manager realizes that th
 e core competencies of hazmat management\, trainin
 g\, and planning can converge in a coordinated\, c
 omprehensive approach so that they build off of ea
 ch other.  This presentation will start with an ov
 erview of discrete regulatory requirements related
  to day-to-day onsite hazmat management (including
  HazComm\, IH\, RCRA waste management\, and DOT ha
 zmats)\, employee training (including but not limi
 ted to HAZWOPER\, HazComm\, RCRA\, and SPCC)\, and
  emergency response planning (to meet OSHA’s EAP a
 nd FPP requirements\, RCRA Contingency Plan requir
 ements\, SPCC\, and HAZWOPER Emergency Response Pl
 ans\, among others).  Then\, the presenter will sh
 are some best management practices and showcase so
 me original management tools developed to tie thes
 e efforts together to allow the successful manager
  to simultaneously raise the caliber\, compliance\
 , completeness\, and\, therefore\, success of all

 if\;">Corinne M. Greenberg\, CHMM\, is the EHS Man
 ager at ECKART America’s aluminum powder and paste
  facility in Louisville\, the oldest plant in the 
 “Rubbertown” chemical manufacturing complex of Wes
 t Louisville.  She has been a practicing CHMM sinc
 e 1995\, with most of her career as either an in-h
 ouse environmental or EHS manager and a brief stin
 t as an environmental consultant.  She has worked 
 in or for a variety of manufacturing sectors inclu
 ding industrial container reconditioning\, applian
 ce manufacturing\, spirits distillation\, the mili
 tary industrial complex\, and primary chemical man
 ufacturing.  Corinne is currently both a Board Mem
 ber for the AHMP Cyber Chapter and also Vice Chair
  of the Kentuckiana Chapter of Hazardous Materials
  Managers (KCHMM).  She has updated and presented 
 several EHMM modules for AHMP\, and\, in November 
 2024\, she was recognized as an AHMP Distinguished
  Lecturer.  She is equally involved in the Air & W
 aste Management Association\, the Louisville Regio
 nal Science & Engineering Fair\, and the Jefferson
  County (KY) LEPC.  She serves her Louisville comm
 unity as a “kNOw Waste Ambassador\,” and\, in 2020
 \, she was appointed by the mayor to Louisville Me
 tro’s Hazardous Materials Ordinance Appeals & Over
 seers Board.  She and her husband Jason have three
  grown kids\, three cats underfoot\, a chirpy cock
